Limited Hardware Warranty

Myco-Monitor products — Siegfried Systems International, LLC d/b/a Myco-Monitor

This Limited Hardware Warranty is provided to purchasers of Myco-Monitor hardware products and is also set out in Section 9 of our Terms and Conditions, available at www.myco-monitor.com. It is made available before purchase in accordance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

What This Warranty Covers

Siegfried Systems International, LLC d/b/a Myco-Monitor ("M-M") warrants to the original purchaser that each M-M hardware product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the product documentation for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period").

What We Will Do

If a product fails to conform to this warranty during the Warranty Period, your sole and exclusive remedy, and M-M's entire obligation, is that M-M will, at its option: (a) repair the product; (b) replace the product with the same or a functionally equivalent product; or (c) refund the purchase price paid for the product. Repaired or replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from return shipment, whichever is longer.

How to Make a Claim

Contact us at support@myco-monitor.com within the Warranty Period with your order information and a description of the issue. We may require troubleshooting steps, photographs, or return of the product before providing a remedy. If we require return of the product for a valid warranty claim, we will provide the return shipping address or a prepaid shipping label when your claim is approved; M-M will pay or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs within the United States and will pay shipping for the repaired or replacement product back to you.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover, and M-M has no obligation with respect to, damage or failure resulting from:

  • misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or use contrary to the product documentation;

  • installation, wiring, or operation that does not comply with the product documentation or applicable electrical codes;

  • connecting loads that exceed the published electrical ratings of the product, including relay and relay-group current limits;

  • use of power supplies, cables, or accessories not meeting the specifications in the product documentation;

  • exposure to water, condensation, chemicals, pests, or environmental conditions outside the product's specified operating range;

  • modification, disassembly, or repair by anyone other than M-M or its authorized service providers, including modification of device firmware or security features;

  • normal wear, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, or consumable components; or

  • external causes such as power surges, lightning, fire, or flood.

Implied Warranties and Your Legal Rights

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
